I recently discovered Catty Canines Inc. I adopted an older gent who was exclusively outdoors and neglected. He is 10 yrs old. We have been taking our pets here for several years now. We have had nothing but great service and great care of all our babies. Jenn is an absolute gem with our boy. He only likes certain people and Jenn is one person he really trusts. It makes leaving him and his sisters alot less stressful knowing they are happy and in good,caring hands!

I have a geriatric Aussie (13+ years of age), who used to go to a daycare/groomer on a regular basis. Unfortunately, this daycare closed during the pandemic. I was very fortunate to bump into "Happy Pet Spa" for Sky's grooming needs. Being a concerned owner, I am always worried about how my baby is handled when I am not around. I was very pleased with the result, but more importantly, Sky seemed very relaxed and happy when we met again. A BIG thanks to the groomer in particular.

Great customer appreciation and service from the ladies I met here. They had a free dog wash on for opening month and I was kinda Leary about it in the past. Being free tho I figured I'd give it a go and it was a great experience. Will def be back.

Sorry I posted my review on your Edmonton location. We use the St. Albert. I am sure both are excellent but I should only comment on the one we use. Since returning to the Edmonton area, we have tried many groomers trying to find the right one. Others were too expensive, kennelled my dog too long, stressing him out or didn't give him the cut I wanted. I would definitely recommend this business. Max isn't kennelled at all and it doesn't take them all day to groom him, price is reasonable.
